Mum furious as two schoolgirls who kicked and punched her daughter, 14, 37 TIMES in brutal attack WON’T be expelled

 A 14-YEAR-OLD girl who was badly beaten up by two fellow schoolgirls has been told her attackers won't be permanently expelled.

The grade-A student at Coopers School in Chislehurst, Bromley, was brutally punched 37 times and kicked by the two girls in a playground brawl which was caught on video.

But despite both of the bullies admitting beating up the teenager to police, the head-teacher has said they can remain at the school, leaving the talented student terrified to go back to class.

The school has said it has taken “robust sanctions” against the girls, which included them both being excluded for two days, and also being kept out of classes together.

It is believed the attack started after a row over a boy, and the two bullies then sent threatening messages to her on WhatsApp, before beating her up a few days later at school.

Police said the two girls had been interviewed under caution, and had now been referred to the Youth Offending Team at Bromley Council. The council said the investigation is ongoing.

Graphic footage seen by the Sun shows her two attackers grab her by the hair, and pin her up against a brick wall before laying into her.

One of the girls then punches her 37 times, including blows to the face and the back of the head, and the other one tries to rip out her hair and kicks out at her.She was then left with a deep cut above her eye, and bruising on her face, neck and legs.

In the footage girls can be heard shouting “let’s say goodnight to her” and “good night, sleep tight, on the ground you go” seconds before they lashed out.

The girl's mum, Carole Hindson, 38 has said her daughter doesn’t feel safe to go to school anymore, and is petrified of returning for fear of repercussions.

Mum-of-two Carol told The Sun: “It’s absolutely disgusting, my daughter was beaten up by these absolute bullies, and the school isn’t even going to kick them out, they just aren’t doing enough.

“She doesn’t want to go back to school, and I don’t blame her, I don’t understand the logic behind what they are saying, it’s like the bullies are the victims.

“It doesn’t make sense why the school haven’t done more, at any other school they would surely be kicked out.

”I don’t think they’ve taken it serious enough, if they were caught with drugs or anything else in school, then they would be excluded, it was organised.

"She’s got a scar on her face, that will be with her for life now and it will be a constant reminder of this disgusting attack.”A spokesperson from the school said: “At the start of the academic year there was an incident involving three students that sat deeply at odds with what we stand for as a community. Alongside the continuing involvement of the police, those involved faced robust sanctions in line with our behaviour policy.”

A Metropolitan Police spokesperson added: “Police were called on Wednesday, 8 September to reports of an assault at a school on Hawkwood Lane, Chislehurst.

“Two girls, aged 14, were interviewed under caution and later referred to the Youth Offending Team.”
